Chen Style Tai Chi, Xing Yi, Ba Gua Summer Camp Questions and Answers 
 

1. How many sessions this summer camp has?

      Total 18 sessions. Please download the Registration Form from www.chenstyletaichi.com.  The Registration Form is under News.   
 

2. How many sessions each day?

Seven sessions the first day, Seven sessions on the second day, Four Sessions on the last day.  The detailed schedule is available at http://www.chenstyletaichi.com/english/pages/news.htm.  
 

3. Could I attend only some of the session?

Yes, but you have to pay for each session.  A discount may be available if you participate more than seven sessions.  However, students who pay for the whole camp will have priority for all the classes.  
 

4. How much is per session if I am going to attend some of the sessions?

$20.00 each session. (Please fill out our website Summer Camp application and list the date and times you will attend.) 
 

5. Does the tuition include the Hotel cost (food and room)?

      No 
 

6. Do I need to make my own Hotel reservation?

Yes.  Howard Johnson Hotel number (1-866-661-6611).  You can mention that you are there for Tai Chi and you can get special rate $75 per room.  Each room can stay up to four people.  
 

7. How late the Hotel can pick me up at the Airport?

Usually before 10:00 pm.  However, you have to call the hotel first to make reservation. 
 

8. Does the Howard Johnson Hotel provide free breakfast?

      Yes 
 

9. Does the Howard Johnson Hotel have its own restaurant and bar?

Yes 
 

10. Does the Howard Johnson Hotel provide Airport transportation?

      Yes 
 

11. Could I stay at other hotels?

Yes.  There are four or five hotels near Howard Johnson with different rates.  You can stay at those hotels.  You have to DRIVE from these hotels to Howard Johnson Hotel.

12. How many persons can share one hotel room?

Howard Johnson allows maximum four people per room.  
 

13. What is the rate per night?

   The rate is $75 per night, which includes a full breakfast. 
 

14. Are there a swimming pool and a fitness center in the hotel?

   Yes. 
 

15. Can I pay credit card for the summer camp tuition?

   No.  We only accept check or cash.   
 

14.  How late I can register for the summer camp?

   As late as you would like, but there are costs and refund deadlines:

      May 18, refund deadline, and until that date there is a $20 discount. 
 

15. Could I video-taping the workshop?

   No. The summer camp will videotape the workshop and sell to students at cost.
